Muna Al Riyami
Muna Al Riyami, Chief Operations Officer of the Bermuda Airport Authority, is a global operations leader with nearly two decades of international experience spanning aviation, luxury hospitality, and maritime industries.
Mrs. Al Riyami began her career in aviation operations with Oman Air, focusing on strengthening operational delivery, service quality, and compliance. She later transitioned to luxury hospitality, where she held senior leadership roles across multiple international properties, leading openings, operational transformations, and large-scale performance initiatives across the Middle East, Europe, and the Caribbean.
Most recently, Mrs. Al Riyami served with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, where her assignments included the successful launch and operational leadership of the brand’s newest ultra-luxury yacht, overseeing global operations, service standards, and compliance across complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Travel and Tourism and is a Lean Six Sigma practitioner and an associate in project management. Mrs. Al Riyami is also recognized for her executive development work and public speaking, having served as part of Marriott International’s IMTN delivering leadership programs to global executives, and as an industry advisory member for higher education institutions in the Sultanate of Oman.
